Information you provide
We collect the information entered in application and contact forms, including contact details, education and work history, travel interests, your declaration and supporting documents. Session cookies keep forms and staff sign-in working. We record limited request information to protect the service against abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to review your enquiry, assess suitable next steps, communicate with you and manage your application. Authorised staff can view submissions and supporting files. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically send your documents to an embassy, institution or employer. We will discuss any further submission with you.
Storage and your choices
Information is stored with the website’s hosting provider and retained while needed to handle your enquiry and any applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to stop further contact about your enquiry. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Application terms
You confirm that your information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide the documents uploaded. The form requests assistance from Diasporan Desk; it is not an official government, university or employer application. Admissions, visa decisions and job offers are made by the relevant organisations. No outcome is guaranteed. Any service fees and engagement terms must be separately communicated and agreed before paid work begins.
